Listen up as former Vice President Al Gore puts in his two cents about what made the master orator so bereft of spunk. It was the altitude! Guess they don't call Denver the Mile High City for nothing. Perched 5,280 feet above sea level, Denver’s low oxygen levels could certainly make a new arrival feel a twinge of dizziness, but full-on cerebral hypoxia? We're not buying it. Someone should have just brought POTUS a double espresso.

Wide-Eyed Chipotle Worker - You don’t see many real fur coats in San Francisco, at least not  where I’m likely to grab lunch. To see one on the woman in front of me  in line at Chipotle—a chain whose website highlights the sorry plight of animals in factory farms—was distinctly odd.

 “It looks so warm and snuggly!” said the cashier, eyeing the plush  brown coat. “Thanks,” the woman in fur said. “I’m probably going to  hell, though.” She sounded guilty; conflicted, anyway.

 There are plenty of us who feel conflicted about Chipotle, even if we  don’t own a single fur garment. The chain whose motto is “food with  integrity” has come under fire from activists like Florida-based Coalition of Immokalee Workers,  say, for failing to sign its fair food agreement to support  farmworkers. Earlier this week, though, Good’s Erica Grieder stood up  for the rapidly growing chain.

Lark Voorhies Mental Illness - Lark Voorhies is suffering from bipolar disorder, according to her mother Tricia, partially helping explain a pattern of bizarre behavior and long career lulls for the actress who shot to fame playing Lisa Tuttle on the 90s hit Saved By The Bell.

"I care deeply about my daughter and I want her to resume her life … it's frustrating," Tricia, 64, told People, adding that her efforts to place the 38-year-old into professional care following the bipolar diagnosis have been met with opposition.

Police Chief Suspended

Police Chief Suspended - Canon City Police Chief Duane McNeill has been suspended with pay following an audit that alleged the department has management and morale issues.

According to the Canon City Daily Record, allegations against McNeill disclosed Tuesday include poor training for officers and a lack of trust by employees.

 There was no immediate response from McNeill.

On Sunday, the 26-year-old actress was stopped by police and cited for driving with a suspended license, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

The actress was pulled over at approximately 8:20 AM on Hollywood Way in Burbank, Calif., near the Bob Hope Airport, Burbank Airport Police PIO Victor Gill told Access.

Kim Kardashian New Kitten Mercy - Kim Kardashian, who introduced the world to her new kitten - a Teacup Persian, on Sunday, has named her feline friend Mercy, which happens to be the title of Kanye West's first single from his new album 'Cruel Summer'.

The 31-year-old reality star and her new pet arrived at her family-owned Dash boutique in Miami on Sunday.
